Silent Retreat

In Yoga philosophy, keeping silence is also known as the practice of “Mauna”. The Sanskrit word ‘Mauna’ is not merely a restraint of speech, it is referred to as quietening your actions, speech, and thoughts.

When you enter a state of silence you awaken the divinity within you. It fills you with the awareness that exists beyond words, aids you in self-transformation through self-observation. It emphasizes the deep interconnection between mind and body. Our Silence Retreat involves noble silence that means you have to maintain silence with your body, speech, and mind. Any sort of communication, whether by gestures, sign language, written notes, etc., is prohibited.
