The classes will focus on Hatha yoga sequence, Asana, Pranayama, mudras, Banda in Hatha yoga, cleansing procedures such as Shatkriya, detoxification, technique of Pranayama and its role in spiritual practice, and much more.
Teachers conducting these classes work with the core concepts of Hatha, meaning that they consider the lunar and solar systems of the human body and with the help of Hatha yoga techniques, they attempt to bring a balance between the mind, body, spirit.
