Kundalini is a Sanskrit word derived from “Kundal”, Kundal simply means “a ring”, not the ring for hand, the round ring for ears. But in the Vedic concept, the Kundalini is a position in which a snake sits rounded making layers one by one to secure or guard something very important. Kundalini is important and powerful energy that should be taken seriously and should be tried to awaken. In the ancient Vedic Ages, we hear some stories of snakes when the snakes used to guard a precious gem called “Mani”, or “Naagmani”.

Kundalini Energy in the Human body is sleeping like a snake positioning as Kundalini which is deeply sleeping all the time until we try to awake it. This energy is unconscious by default but if we do some Meditation, Yoga, Pranayama, and other practices, we can awake Kundalini. The Kundalini is so powerful energy that can completely change a human life when awakened. The flow after the awakening of Kundalini is from Muladhara Chakra to Ajna Chakra (Third Eye) upwards touching all Chakras and opening them one by one.

Kundalini Chakra

Kundalini is the feminine divine power that is in an inactive form at the base of the spine or below the Muladhara chakra. There are 7 chakras found in our body as our main energy junctions and Kundalini Energy can maximum reach until the 6th Chakra which is Ajna Chakra or Third Eye. Sahasrara Chakra as known as Crown Chakra is not in our material body so the travel of Kundalini Energy is till the Ajna.
